          TERMS & CONDITIONS
In order for the lifetime guarantee to take effect, the buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within five (5) business days of receipt. A diagnosis of coccidia, giardia, or any other type of bacterial infection, internal or external does not render your puppy unhealthy. Your guarantee does not cover the above-mentioned conditions. The seller will pay no Veterinary fee charged for the initial exam or for any other veterinary services.

1. Buyer must retain all receipts for food, vitamin supplement and vet records to show adherence to this guarantee.
2. The value of the pet for the purpose of this guarantee is solely the original purchase price, not including shipping costs, crate and health certificate.
3.  In the event this guarantee is exercised, any registration papers must be returned to the Seller at the time the claim is made. No replacement will be given if the registration application form has expired.
4.  In the event of the death of the pet within two (2) years from its birth, due to sickness or disease, the Seller shall replace the pet with another of equivalent value.
5.  In the event of the death of the pet, due to sickness or disease, after the second (2^nd) year of the pet’s birth through the Pet’s tenth birthday, the Seller will credit 45% of the original cost towards the purchase of a replacement pet of equivalent value. Such credit shall be good for 90 days from the date of death or the availability of a replacement pup.
6. The Buyer is responsible for the daily healthcare and maintenance of the pet, including all immunizations and examinations recommended after purchase, as well as providing necessary medication and follow-up treatments from veterinarian visits.
DEATH OF PET DUE TO ACCIDENT:
7.   The Seller guarantees the life of this pet for a period of ten (10) years from birth. Any accidental death due to Buyer’s negligence is excluded.
8.    In the event of the death of the pet due to accident, through the Pet’s tenth (10^th) birthday, the Seller will credit 45% of the original price toward the purchase price of a replacement pet of equivalent value. Such credit must be used within 90 days of the death or the availability of a replacement pup.
PET LOST OR STOLEN
9.     In the event that the pet is lost or stolen, within ten (10) years from the date of birth, the Seller will credit 45% of the original price towards the purchase price of a replacement pet of equivalent value. Such credit must be used within 90 days of the Pet’s disappearance or the availability of a replacement pup.
10.    Buyer must advertise the lost pet in a major local newspaper for a period of one-week starting twenty-four (24) hours after the loss. In addition, the Buyer must notify the police, Humane Society and Animal Control of the loss.
11.    The Buyer must present the Seller with copies of; the police report the advertisement and paid advertisement billing in order to receive this guarantee.
IMPLIED WARRANTIES
12.     The Seller disclaims any and all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness.
LIMITATIONS OF GUARANTEE:
13.     The guarantee herein is non-transferable, not valid outside the United States, nor is the contract or the guarantee herein assignable. No replacement will be given if the puppy has been bred, or is over-weight. RECOMMENDED NUTRITIONAL PROGRAM. Your puppy has been raised on Flint River Ranch Puppy and Adult Food. Since all canine illness is not covered by vaccinations Seller requires that you continue to feed your pet the dog food it has been raised on. Which can be purchased on line: www.frrco.com/122740   You are also required to keep your puppy on "NuVet Plus Canine," supplement. All of the above-mentioned conditions must be met or all guarantees will be void. A licensed veterinarian must do all laboratory verification.
14.    If within one (1) year from the date of purchase from Seller, a dog is found and certified by a licensed veterinarian to have congenital or hereditary disorders, which adversely affect the health of the animal, and if Seller is notified within two (2) business days of the veterinarian’s determination, Buyer may return the dog and Seller will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value. Seller will not be responsible for veterinarian fees, shipping cost to return the dog or shipping cost for the replacement dog/puppy. Seller sells for companion purposes only. No cash refunds. No credit refunds.
